Out of 11 years of schooling 7 years of it i'm in the school choir..since primary school..when in year 4..i was like eh nice singing..can play also..so started then me joining choir..i was always in alto..i didnt like it though..but still happy enough to sing and play..still small that time dono wat choir means..we sang many kind of songs...songs such as menghitung hari...my heart will go on (we were crazy abt this song by then)..buah duku and so on..with a bunch of primary mates...still remember those time when practice try 2 skip class and tuition...the typical of me i can say so by then and now still hee..i admit...but i do care for my studies too...melawati is alwayz second no matter the primary school category or the secondary school category...weird huh?

life still goes on till i step into form 1...joined the school choir..once again i was dump into alto...sigh...we had this teacher shahariman...mind me nobody likes him...still remember we sang shorty shorty where the hell are u...cause first he's short and second he calls us out for practice but no one knows where the hell is that fella...we had monica as our conductress that year..we had fun..alot of fun i should say..we sang tanah airku and siyahamba...and god knows wat siyahamba means...it was a worship song in african i think...but nobody know that we sang something which we cant sing for competition..but who cares its over after all when we found out it was worship song..haha...we got second that year losing to smk kepong

f2 we still had that shorty like for 2 months?then we had mrs.fidzah...and marcus as our trainer...we sang kemegahan negaraku and music brings us together..we got second again that year..but we went to negeri..i dono how but we did..it was a disaster in negeri..but we are still happy that we get to go..and that year itself marcus created a warm up using my name...hah!will remember it alwayz..only melawatians know wat i am talking abt..hehe

f3 we sang getaran jiwa and rejoice rejoice and sing..i was turn into sops...woohoo...we screwed up everything..dono why maybe cause of the piano was so out of tune or we lack of practice..i dono...we got third out of three skool in the comp..hah.

f4 we had alot really alot of arguements but so wat we made it through..we got back our normal spot again..hah second la..we repeated the tanah airku song together with may our paths meet again...all this 3 years we had emily as our conductress...we was suppose 2 be in state level but there's some misunderstood or dono wat so ever happen in the jabatan there...

f5 this year..my last year...i can say this is the most extreme choir that i hav for this pass 7 years...we sang tanah airku and tanah pusaka for the comp...repeated again song but we did minor changes in our score for tanah airku..we had melvin for the first month...as our trainer...then we had shazlan and sufiane...then we had zee how to come over and watch us...then we had dominic..we won the daerah beating smk kepong...after how many years??no one knows...we went for negeri and yes we came back with something no more empty hand..we came back with anugerah juri khas...which no one on earth knows wat  that means..but according to zee how which his team got anugerah juri khas in the nationals saying that we were suppose 2 be the champ but due to some mistakes of the score or song or dono wat so ever we din get it and we are the one who has potential to get the champ next year if we still keep up the standard...

so everything is over its seems like just a second ago we achieved wat we aimed for this year..voices of all the choir members will be always in my mind even though i am out of school...may the juniors and coming up leaders keep this up and bring the choir to a better level and let it be known by everyone out there...
